Operations

When the remote controller begins to execute each of your commands, its indicator willgive you a reply.
1. Charging
The remote controller has an embedded rechargeable lithium battery. Please charge the remote controller before using it for the first time. When it is powered on and charged, there will be charge indication. The remote controller can be charged as follows:
1) The remote controller is connected to a computer and charged. In this case, use a USB data line to connect the remote controller and the computer.
2) The remote controller is charged by means of a charger. In this case, use a USB data line to connect the remote controller and the charger. Then, plug the charger into a power socket.
When the remote controller is being charged, the red indicator will be normally on.
When it is fully charged, the red indicator will be off.

2. Status indication of buttons and indicators
When no card is inserted into the remote controller, the blue indicator will flash fast.
1. Power-on: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds, and the blue indicator is normally on. This indicates that the remote controller is powered on.
2. Mobile monitoring: Press and hold the Power button for 1 second in standby status, and the blue indicator flashes thrice. This indicates that mobile monitoringis enabled. To stop mobile monitoring, press and hold the Power button for 1 second and save.
3. Photographing: Press and hold the Mode button for 1 second in standby status, and the blue indicator flashes one time. This indicates that photographing is successful.
4. Video recording: Press and hold the Mode button for 3 seconds in standby status, and the blue indicator flashes thrice. This indicates that video recording is enabled. Press and hold the Mode button for 1 second, and save to disable video recording.
5. Power-off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 second in any status and save to power off the remote controller.

3. PC lens:
After the DRIVER file of the CD has been set up, the remote controller can be used as a PC lens. Connect the remote controller in power status to a computer, and a lens icon will appear in “My Computer”. Click this icon, and the remote controller can function as a PC lens.

4. File reading
Connect the remote controller in power-off status to a computer, and press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds. “Mobile HD” will pop up from “My Computer”. Click “Mobile HD”, and you will see any file you want to.

5. Reset:
You may reset the remote controller when it cannot work normally due to illegal operations or for other uncertain reasons. Use something sharp to press and hold the Reset button for 1 second, and the indicator will be off. This indicates the remote controller is reset. In this case, you may power it on normally.

6. Time modification and setting
Create a text file named “time” on the memory card of the remote controller and enter the file to compile the current time (year, month, date, and hour, separated by space), for example, 2013 05 01 12:00. Then save this file. When you power on the remote controller and start recording, the currently compiled time will be shown.
